THE
COOKERY COURSES:
The
wide range of the services offered allowed the realization of a
proposal that did receive an unexpected interest. Because of the
desire of our guests to know the real aspects of the Garda territory
and its hinterland -those which are not belonging to the mass turism-,
we did prepare two events linked to the territory and the products:
- Cookery
courses
for our guests, even in foreign language,
inside of our restaurant, by using our typical products prepared
according to traditional recipes or innovating proposals, products
which directly come from our tradesmen or from the markets of
the closest cities;
- Some
excursions to
discover the gluttonous products of our territory. The good relation
of cooperation and friendschip with vine-growers, olive growers,
dairy men, bee growers, pork butcher's, fishmen , chestnuts growers,
cow and sheep farmers allows particolar guided visits , with tasting
possibility and direct sale of the best products, those that we
use ourselves for our restaurant
